Delecta catered a superb lunch meeting for 160 members of Naples Woman’s Club on Feb. 11. We appreciated Julie’s genuine warmth & meticulous attention to detail, along with her flexibility in personalizing a unique menu to meet our needs within budget.

From beginning to end, Julie inspired confidence & we could relax knowing we were in the hands of a very experienced professional. She listened attentively, communicated well & kept us updated. She planned ahead for logistical issues & had good advice. Julie made the success of our event as important to her as it was to us, & was very generous with her time. Her kitchens are spotless & organized, & staff are careful about safe food handling.
We were invited to a lovely tasting lunch to finalize our menu , where each item was made with top quality, super fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned & exquisitely presented. Lime Coconut Chicken & Citrus Sesame chicken were delicious, but we opted to serve Hawaiian chicken, which had a light teriyaki sauce made with Japanese mirin & fresh pineapple chunks. It was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, & got rave reviews from our guests. They also loved the 2 sides we selected: a lightly dressed, crunchy napa cabbage slaw with fresh toasted coconut, & a flavorful vegetarian Thai noodle salad. The generous fruit display was edible artwork, & all dishes were beautifully garnished & artistically presented. Dishes were kept hot & replenished by charming & attentive staff. Guests appreciated the gracious service and loved the tropical buffet which delighted our aesthetic senses & taste buds. Even our keynote speaker, Myra Janco Daniels, asked for a business card, saying she was impressed by the high quality of the food & its beautiful presentation. That is high praise from this creative visionary who was instrumental in bringing many projects of quality & beauty to Naples, including the Phil (Artis-Naples)

This was the first time we used Delecta/Culivita and absolutly loved them. They arrived when they said and the delivery person added a personal touch by setting everything up for me incuding a splash of color with a small table cloth. All that was great but the food was even better! Everything was scrumpdillyishous! I called her for our next event 4 days later! You can't go wrong with these great people!

I have been in Pharmaceutical Sales for almost 13 years and have been using Delecta & CuliVita Catering with all my customers on a consistent basis because their quality service in Naples/Fort Myers, Florida is like no other in the area.Julie Spear and her staff go above and beyond to offer the most delicious menu options that keep my most important customers asking for more of her creations.Her Citrus Sesame Chicken with Jasmine Rice and the Thai Noodle Salad is the favorite combination for most of my offices. Delecta is always preparing different Seasonal cuisine options that match every occasion.The quality of the food and the presentation is always top notch with flawless delivery/punctuality.
