Deets Catering and More is a wedding and event catering business based out of Clifton Park, NY. We focus on weddings, rehearsals, showers & other events. We offer buffet or plated options, as well as grazing tables or passed apps. We have 35+ years of experience with an established core team that can handle any wedding, big or small. We like to partner with trusted local vendors, some of which we have worked with for decades. Utilizing these vendors, we are able to offer high-quality options at affordable rates.

Choose from one of our menus or customize a menu to fit your taste. We specialize in cooked, on-site options such as chicken, steak, fish, lobster, & more. Check out our unique, interactive pasta station, which can be an appetizer option or the main course. We have been perfecting it for years.

Our seasoned staff will arrive on time with all of the cooking & serving equipment needed to cater your event. Our packages can include cooking equipment, plates, stainless cutlery, place setting, champagne corking & pouring, non-alcoholic drink stations, chafing dishes, tents, tables, coverings for the caterers, buffets, drinks, & any add-on services: cake cutting & serving, after dinner coffee station, bussing, & waste removal.
