High quality and very HELPFUL customer service! Used this location for both my wedding dress and all bridesmaids and mother in law. All experiences were super simple, and we received personalized attention from very knowledgeable staff. Always was greeted with a warm welcome, always had some sort of sale/special going on, & alterations department was awesome. Always received text and/or email reminders about upcoming appointments, and received thank you's after appointments. Never had trouble with receiving the appointment day/time that I needed. Go here if you want an easy and stress free dress experience!! I am very picky and particular with these things and I had no complaints!
