About Us

Tucked away in a quiet corner of San Luis Obispo is the Dallidet Adobe & Gardens. Designated California Historical Landmark #720, the 1850’s adobe was home to Pierre Hypolite Dallidet, his wife Maria Ascension Salazar and their seven children. Pierre was the first commercial vintner in the area,  growing grapes, making wine and distilling brandy on his land.

Today, the carefully maintained Mediterranean gardens are a place of quiet beauty and tranquility, a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of San Luis Obispo. Four separate venue areas lend an element of flexibility; a blank canvas upon which you can paint your story.

Tables and chairs come as standard; so does our support and dedication to your wedding. Dallidet Edna Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are available for purchase at the Crushed Grape, 319  Madonna Road, Suite 2, San Luis Obispo. Tours of the historic adobe are available and enthusiastically delivered.
