The Courtyard by Marriott in Mankato, MN was the perfect location for our wedding. The majority of our guests traveled from far away and we wanted to have everything at one location. The staff was absolutely wonderful to work with the day of the wedding. We were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony and it ended up raining. The transition of moving the ceremony from the courtyard to the reception hall was seamless and the staff took care of everything.

The venue was extremely nice. There was plenty of space for the cocktail hour and the dinner and dance for our 185 guests. Very accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The food was served fast - it was hot and cooked to perfection. We had a chicken dish (moist and delicious) and prime rib (huge piece - pink, tender, very flavorful. We can't say enough about their service. Highly recommend!!!

Great venue! Very happy that we chose to have our reception a the Courtyard! Only complaints were small things the wrong napkins were on the table and a problem with the table center pieces. We were compensated for this which was a nice thing. It is beautiful facility and the staff are very accommodating. Also make sure you ask to see the wedding suite before agreeing to stay there for you wedding night.. The one we were booked for was a little disappointing.. Happy wedding planning!
