This place is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a relaxed barn feel. Although its not an unfinished barn, the hall is beautiful and an blank canvas for what ever you want to do. We did mason jar centerpieces, pumpkins, old wedding photos and burlap runners. We also had food trucks instead of just catered food. The out side of the barn is perfect for pics and we received so many compliments on the feel and look of the venue. As a herndon native I had never seen or heard of this venue and found it randomly after looking at overpriced wineries and barns. The owner Vickie is so easy to work with, really can't say enough good things about her or Michael who will help coordinate if you need it.Sent on 12/05/2014

The venue is beautiful and is cheaper than I found anywhere else in the area. The owner was very accommodating though getting in touch with her was often very difficult to get a hold of her, so be warned you have to be persistent. The venue has a few tables and chairs but the chairs are standard metal fold-able chairs so you will probably need to rent at least chairs, we needed additional tables because we had a larger wedding of 140. Lastly, if you intend to have a wedding at Coomber Hall in a warm month I would bring tons of fans, the air conditioning is not designed to cool the entire reception hall and will not be noticed at all once you have 50 people in that room, it gets hot very fast. Other than that I loved the location it was beautiful property for a very decent price.Sent on 06/19/2016
Such a beautiful, rustic venue. If you're looking for southern hospitality, rustic feel that feels hundreds of miles from northern VA but in the heart of it, look no further! Thank you Coomber Hall for being so amazing and providing such a beautiful space for my clients!
