I rented chairs from them for our wedding a few weeks ago.Sent on 10/31/2013
They billed my credit card an additional charge after the event.
We had paid a 50% deposit in July. Then we paid the remaining 50% the week before the wedding.
The day of our wedding came, everything went fine.
A week after the event there was a new charge from them of $17.59 on my credit card. I contacted Margo and asked her why that was. I had a fear that they were going to call in a damage claim and I wouldn't be able to dispute it. To my surprise she sent me a new invoice where the damage insurance said $35.54 instead of the $17.95 that I paid days before the wedding.
I showed her the invoice that I signed and paid for before the event. Margo's only response was "All I know is this new invoice needs to be paid".
Yes, that is literally what happened. They decided after the wedding that they should have charged me more for insurance, even though no damages took place. Incredibly unprofessional. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
