Circle C Barn at Copperas Creek is a barn and farm wedding venue located in Caldwell, Texas, conveniently between Houston and Austin. You can book one day or the whole weekend for exclusive access to our venue and lodging. We have on-site lodging for 40 currently, with lodging for another 20 ten minutes down the road.

Facilities and Capacity

This property features a rustic, elegant barn venue perfect for your wedding - 6,000 square feet of space for up to 200 guests. This temperature-controlled venue offers high beamed ceilings with elegant, yet rustic lighting. The interior is stunning, with simple gray shiplap, rustic accents, and unique decor.

The Bridal Party and Groomsmen each have dressing rooms located in the front of the venue, with the Bridal dressing room having direct access to the Ladies' Restroom.

You can enjoy the wall of windows as you view the patio space with lights, an outdoor entertaining area, grazing Longhorns, and a lighted pavilion. Our pavilion is our outdoor ceremony site which offers views of a beautiful pond with a lighted fountain. The pavilion is available in addition to the venue or by itself in our Pavillion Package.

Services Offered

When selecting a two-day package, you have included on-site lodging for 2 nights. The Farmhouse (Great for Bride and Bridesmaids) has four bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and includes a bedroom with four makeup/styling stations. This sleeps up to eight people. The Stablehouse (Great for Groom and Groomsmen) sleeps six with two baths and a full kitchen. Lodging is also available in additional cabins and tiny house cottages on-site or at one of our other nearby unique properties is available in Venue Weekend Package as well as separately with one-day packages. We are Handicap Accessible and Dog Friendly for Ceremonies. You can schedule a tour to secure your date.
