Bon Bon Belle is the most welcoming store, it’s very easy to feel comfortable. The customer service is unmatched, the staff is extremely friendly and pays attention to what you’re looking for, what you don’t like, etc. The store has a very wide variety of dresses; styles and sizes. They are not pushy which is something I noticed in a lot of other stores.

Our loving General Manager Lindsay is one of the most down to earth women you’ll find. Before working at Bon Bon Belle, she was a Bon Bon Belle “B3 Babe” Bride herself. She married Ryan – the man of her dreams – right downstairs at Mercantile Hall – a gorgeous industrial chic wedding venue, so you can say she’s part of this building’s ‘fabric’. Her most treasured part of her job – the moments she shares with her brides when they find the gown of their dreams. You’ll find her clapping away, wiping the tears, and celebrating right along with everyone there. Lindsay and Ryan live right here in Burlington with their three adorable daughters!
If you are in the store and see someone behind a camera angling for the perfect shot – you might be crossing paths with Alyssa, our Marketing Manager for Bon Bon Belle. Alyssa shines in her role and has invigorated our marketing with new life. She is the first one to jump up and fall in love with our new dresses every time they come in. When she isn’t watching our Tik Tok following grow, she is enjoying time with friends and family!
Our warmhearted assistant manager. Callie spent the last 6 years working in education, before following her passion and coming to work for Bon Bon Belle. Callie and her fiancé are as hard-working as they come! Justin, a farmer, dedicates his time to acres that demand him on a daily basis, and she works non-stop helping B3 run smoothly. What an amazing team these two are. Callie is patient, understanding, and loves to help. And bonus, she’s planning her wedding right alongside you!
