From the moment we signed the contract Laura went above and beyond to answer any and all of our questions. Laura answered so many questions and emails for me, even after emailing her 5 times a day towards the end of the timeframe before the wedding. I am so thankful that we decided to get married at the Marriott and have Laura helped us. Beyond Laura, Sandee, the banquet manager was very helpful the night of the wedding. She asked if I wanted a sneak peak of the room before the reception started and she was helpful with a problem that happened during the dancing, resulting in having to call an ambulance.
After the fact, I had received an email from Laura on the Monday after the wedding asking if everything was ok with the issue that happened. I was so pleased with how everything went and I wouldn't change a thing if I could!

I've had the pleasure of working several weddings with Gina and her staff at the Chicago Marriott Northwest. My DJ company, Fourth Estate Audio, is a frequent performer. And we truly appreciate the great care and professionalism Gina and her people exhibit at every event. The Marriott's stunning atrium is, in my opinion, Chicagoland's greatest space for a cocktail reception. The spacious ballroom is always tastefully decorated; and together, we put on a celebration that's a feast for the eyes, ears, and of course, taste buds. The Chicago Marriott Northwest is highly recommended.
We absolutely love working with the entire staff at the Chicago Marriott Northwest. The service, food and attention to details is as meticulous as mine and would highly recommend them.
Wonderful Hotel! They are most accommodating with everything. The Hotel is beautiful and the service is great. Their sales team is the best and I can highly recommend them as I have been working with the hotel since they have opened.
