I had a terrible experience with Jessica Groover of Chic Design. She committed to making my invitations, signed a contract, took half of our down payment to the total cost and two weeks later stopped communicating to me. She never offered a conclusion as to why she did not complete my invitations, return the money, or anything between the last point of communication and finally two weeks later when we decided to just move on and find someone else. Because of her lack of professionalism we ended up losing time and money and had to invest in a new invite company and our invites only went out a couple weeks before our wedding day. To this day she has not contacted us to apologize nor offer a reasoning for her lack of communication on not getting us the invites completed or returning our deposit.

If you decide to move forward with her, please consider yourself warned. She was very professional in our first meeting and for the first two weeks she invested a lot of time in our ideas, invite, and provided proofs. Then suddenly she was unreachable by any form of communication. And as stated above we finally had to move on with another company.

I would hate for such a situation to happen to any other bride. Continue looking if you are considering Jessica Groover of Chic Design. I can assure you there are far more talented and professional designers/companies out there to assist you with such a fun part of your special day.
