    My fiancé and I recently moved back to the area from Texas. Having been gone from North Jersey for almost 3 years, we didn't know of any event planners in the area. A friend that still lives in the area recommended Lorraine and her team to us and we could not be happier, especially after having to plan part of our wedding from miles away. We stopped in for an initial consultation when we were both in the area visiting family and didn't quite know what to expect.. after all, this is the first time either of us have planned a wedding ;) Not only did Lorraine show us all of the possibilities for invitations, centerpieces, and other elements of our wedding, she was so open to working with us to make my Pinterest board a reality, and suggesting better alternatives to some of the DIY things I had pinned that were maybe not-so-good ideas Lol! She was happy to recommend a day-of coordinator (I know she will be a Godsend on the big day!!!) as well as a DJ. We ordered and rented a bunch of items from her, including our GORGEOUS invitations, which I have gotten so many compliments on. My mom also ended up ordering centerpieces, favors, and invitations for my shower from her. Her experience in the industry was invaluable to us throughout this entire process and I trusted her suggestions throughout. It's so nice to find locally owned businesses like Lorraine's--we felt like family!! I would recommend her to anyone, even if you just need a small order. The wedding is only a few months away, but we are so, so grateful for Lorraine's help in this process. I generally do not post reviews but I wanted to make sure I did in this instance--the wedding is going to be beautiful, all thanks to Lorraine!

    Lorraine Mariella planned our wedding at the Harold Pratt House in NYC in the fall of 2014. We can't say enough about her services - she was so caring and thorough. We knew we had nothing to worry about with her help. She has an amazing eye for aesthetics and took care to ensure that all of our printed materials complemented the overall feel of the event. We wanted very simple, sophisticated details and she nailed it. She helped us negotiate all of our vendor contracts and understand what to expect - we were able to make such smart decisions because of her help. She is professional, honest and thorough, which was exactly what we needed.
    She made sure that we had an amazing Day-of Coordinator (who was also top notch) and the day went so smoothly. We can't thank her enough - our wedding ended up being featured on a few beautiful wedding sites, which we certainly hadn't planned on/for, but her touches undoubtedly helped. It truly was picture-perfect and her support and guidance made it enjoyable. Thank you!

    I Would not recommend this business to anyone at all. Everything was going smoothly at first and about 3 months before our wedding the owner called us up and said that she did not want to do business with us anymore. Why? not really sure. We never got an answer on that. We think because we asked to many question. But is that a reason to drop a customer? I thought asking questions and planning a wedding go together? To top it all off, the maid of honor had a separate task going on with the owner and she decided to just drop her too for no apparent reason. Oh and this all happened within a couple of weeks before our invitations had to be done and sent out. Thank God we had a quick alternative or else our invites would be sent out way late. Again would not recommend.
