Once again thank YOU for doing a fantastic job for our wedding. It was so hard for us to event get started on planning especially we are so far away. We have been taken care of from our first email till now, after our wedding, you are still making sure if everything is done properly. You have definitely gave us a surprise and made our dreams came true.

We booked Carre rouge for the cordination of our D-day and we have been so disappointed and offended that we believe that it is worth sharing our experience. Jerome did not comply with our instructions regarding the sound system of our entrance music in the city hall, nor helped us to gather our guests for the photo as planned. He did not hand over the money with gave us for the church and at the time where we are drafting this review, has kept the money for him, at the expense of the church. He does not answer our messages and letters and we are very offended about the situation. In addition, my father (I am the bride) did not have the occasion to make his speech. Emmanuelle and Jérôme disappeared during the cocktail, and I could not find them, I had to ask someone else to help me start with the wedding flower bouquet game that we prepared. Finally, they have filmed our wedding and they used the videos for their advertisement on Facebook and Instagram without our consent . More so, the moment they filmed were entertainments that we prepared without their help and they used them on social media as if it was the result of their work. We thought important to share how bad our experience with Carre rouge was, so that no one else have the same bad experience with them
