Getting married here was an absolute dream! When we did our tour here with Courtney I can't explain how calm and peaceful I felt just being on site (and wedding planning already had me a bit anxious and stressed out) It was only the second venue we looked at but we didn't need to look anywhere else, this was it!

We knew that we didn't want our wedding to just be a one day celebration if we could help it. It truly does fly by so fast! And the option to stay on site for the weekend with all of our family and wedding party was one of the biggest highlights for us, and it exceeded our expectations and made our wedding weekend so incredible from start to finish!

The venue coordinator Courtney was fantastic! She has been so sweet, patient & easy to work with! She was there for us any time we had any questions about anything and helped make everything go smoothly for the whole weekend!

We did our rehearsal dinner, wedding dinner and next day brunch through Cole Catering (onsite caterer) Mark & his team were awesome and everything was delicious! This was also another perk of the venue for us that we could do all of this on site!

One of the best things about the venue to us was the multiple options we had for a ceremony site as well, we hoped we could get married on the beach but knew end of October would keep us on our toes, having back up plans in case the weather didn't work out put our minds at ease that we would be able to work it out no matter what. Luckily we had great weather and got to be outside and the photos with the treeline behind us are so stunning! (even with some naked trees lol)

The reception lodge speaks for itself, it almost doesn't need any decor. Having a space that was beautiful made for an easy canvas to do as much or little decorating as we wanted and it looked great!

All in all we had such a memorable weekend filled with love getting married here and now we can't wait to come back and stay for anniversaries! Another special part to us that you don't get at most venues, being able to go back to where you got married to relive all the happiness. Absolutely would recommend Camp Deer Trails to anyone looking for a relaxed and beautiful time!

I truly have no words to describe this amazing venue ♡ From the first call to the days spent camping with family after, they went above and beyond. The owner jumped in where I didn't even know I needed her to and made sure our day was everything we wanted and more. Not only is this family run and the owners are great but... this location yall, A.M.A.Z.I.N.G ! Every guest commented on how beautiful it was.

We just had our wedding here August 26th 2023. Courtney was amazing, and super helpful! The whole place is beautiful! I love how the reception and venue were all in the same location and were pretty close to each other not a lot of walking around or driving to another place. The lodge were we had our reception was beautiful honestly didn’t even need much decorations the lodge inside was beautiful by itself! All we did was table runners and flowers on the table. Also having the cabins there to stay the night and have guests stay along with the campsites was amazing! We had all the cabins booked and even a few sites! Everyone of our one guests was telling us how beautiful the location was and how they want to come back! 1000/1000 would recommend! Absolutely amazing wedding day and we’ll be back!!
