Established in 1996, the Bluewater Grill is a family operated restaurant featuring the freshest seafood around with an oyster bar, sushi bar and a fresh fish market. Our seafood is sustainably caught with the most responsible practices and guidelines. We operate our own boat called the Pilikia from the waters off Catalina to bring our guests fresh, locally harpooned swordfish.
Though we are seafood driven, our cuisine is classically prepared that includes a wide variety of food. With 3 private event spaces and a beautiful patio, we offer custom menus for every occasion including weddings and rehearsal dinners. The "Top of the Grill" is our largest room that has everything a private event needs including a full kitchen, bar, restroom, and a sizeable atrium with a mountain view. This room will accommodate 120 seated and 180 standing reception. "Rick's Room" accommodates 40 to 50 guests. "Fred's Room" is a bright and cheery space for up to 35 guests seated and 45 standing reception. This space can connect to our charming patio allowing more guests.
