I cannot begin to describe the perfection and professionalism of the Bingham House. We were a bit nervous about having everything included in one place, but it well exceeded our expectations and created an ease that allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Karen and her staff are true professionals and my daughter’s day was flawless. Every single detail was covered. Karen gave us so many ideas, tips, and tricks to keep things within our budget. She listened to the vision and collaborated beautifully and nailed it! The decor options she can create were incredible, the venue is magical, the flow of the wedding was like a dream, and the food had compliments galore (and we are VERY picky about caterers). We visited several venues and while others offer similar designated spaces, nothing compared to the ambiance and intimacy at the Bingham House, not to mention the beautiful balconies! Our guests raved about all of the unique and interesting details and the hospitality of the staff. I will forever be grateful to Karen and the staff at the Bingham House for creating the perfect, most magical day for my daughter’s wedding.Sent on 11/05/2019

Worry-Free and Fancy as Can Be!
Before our engagement (yes, you read correctly), we were searching the internet for the perfect venue for our future wedding (for the following year). We’re so glad we ignored advice that it was too early to start looking! We Googled “All Inclusive Weddings near Dallas” and behold, the Bingham House appeared. I will say that at first, we passed over the venue due to the price but once we sat down and totaled all the costs separately, we decided it was worth considering. McKinney was further north than we originally planned, but once we visited the Bingham House and met with Karen, we knew that no other wedding venue would compare! Thank you, Karen, for everything you did during the year of wedding planning. We couldn’t help but feel that at times we were inundating you with e-mails and phone-calls, particularly as the big day approached, but you always took the time to help us, (okay, the bride) emerge from moments of panic feeling calm, focused, and reassured. We loved how you were able to bring our celestial-themed vision to life. We received so many comments from our guests! On the wedding day, we had absolutely nothing to worry about as Karen and her team ran the whole day seamlessly and if there were any issues we never knew about them! After our wonderful sunset wedding, a storm approached and shortly after, heavy rain ensued. Karen had assistants available to walk guests to their cars with umbrellas. How thoughtful! We cannot recommend the Bingham House more for those couples who want a stunning, personal, and intimate wedding. We feel so incredibly lucky that we found this venue!Sent on 11/19/2019

Great Value, Easy Planning, Perfect Wedding
I have to say that if you are looking for a venue to accommodate less than 100 people and you want a type of all-inclusive pkg. consisting of planning/decorating/food/DJ/Photographer you should consider Bingham House. My recent experience was amazing and so easy.Sent on 08/22/2019
My son and daughter-in-law picked this venue due to everything that is included in the venue in addition to the historical house, court yard, and outdoor area/pergola for wedding and reception hall. We first saw Bingham House in January when landscape was in its winter phase, but by August it was lush green with all the shrubs and trees bloomed along with the flowers blooming (yellow). It was beautiful.
The planning session could have been a challenge due to the bride & groom living 5 hours away and not able to be physically present during the planning meetings. Karen accommodated this by holding Facetime calls with them. The meetings went very smooth each time. It was apparent Karen had been doing this for many years. She had several examples of types of set-ups and decorations that it made it very easy for the bride to feel confident in the decorations she had envisioned for her wedding. You know how sometimes when things are all going so well, you think that there is something that was forgotten or that something is going to go wrong, well I’m can tell you that just didn’t occur.
The wedding was this past weekend. Parking is conveniently onsite. We held the ceremony at 7pm in order to allow the sun to go down so we would be sitting in shade. It was absolutely beautiful with the sun setting behind the trees. The final decorations were fantastic. Food was outstanding. The employees were very helpful. I can’t thank the staff enough and want to give a huge shout out to Tamara (Photographer), Shawn (DJ), wait staff, Bill (Bar Tender), and Karen (Our Captain). Thank you so much for opening your home for the use of weddings, receptions, etc. I appreciate everything that was done to make long distance planning easy and the kids wedding just as they had hoped.
I absolutely love shooting at the Bingham House, its one of my favorite venues! Karen is a blast to work with, and she is very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a simple and elegant wedding that takes you back in time to choose no other than the Bingham House! You won't regret it!
