I'll keep it short and sweet... He forgot our photo booth for the reception and luckily had a guy interviewing who did film so he gave us a short wedding video instead which was nice but not what he was contractually obligated to provide. We were told about 5 times that we would receive our images or a sneak peek "the next week" and didn't recieve any images or an apology until four months after I told him I was tired of getting the run-around and wanted to know what the deal was. He admitted to dropping the ball and offered a wedding album which was supposed to have been ordered a month ago. Messaged him three weeks ago and it was supposed to be shipped out in a couple days. Still haven't heard anything. I would have to send multiple emails to get hime to respond and it would usually take a few days. I even called a few times when he wouldn't respond to my emails and he didn't call me back, but instead would finally respond via email. The pictures were great but definitely did not justify the amount of stress and time I, the bride, had to go through in order to recieve them.
