Bialek's Music was born in on July 11 1978, in my parents house in Silver Spring MD with a two-line phone, a copy machine, a typewriter, and a videocassette player that could show bands to clients, plus audio cassettes to be mailed out.

Today Bialek's Music is 42 years old, with an office in Rockville Md. and a leader in the industry for bands, DJ's, strings, photo booths, lighting and a variety of entertainment. It's a family business with daughter robin as General Manager and part owner and wife Rickie as secretary/treasurer., along with an additional 4 support staff.

The company books around 2,000 events per year from weddings, corporate events, and Bar Mitzvahs to openings of The New Spy Museum and The New Bethesda Hotel. I am proud that we also give back to the special events industry as I currently serve on the board of SESMA, and was President of ILEA from 1999-2000 and have been a member of NACE since 1989.

Originally from New Jersey, Dominick began working as a guitarist for Bialek's Music in 2017 and joined the team as a full-time talent agent one year later in 2018. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music, he went on to work as a music director for Royal Caribbean Cruises. There, he had the opportunity to travel to more than 40 countries around the globe while working as a bandleader, arranger, and music program manager. Most recently, Dominick has lived in Washington DC and has adhered to a busy schedule as a guitarist, bandleader, and talent agent manager with Bialek's Music. Outside of his work in the music and events industries, Dominick also enjoys chess, poker, and the great outdoors. He looks forward to hearing about your next event and assisting with all of your entertainment needs!

Chris has worked with Bialek's music since 2017 and came on in 2019 as Webmaster and digital communications manager. He loves working in all aspects of the business including, photography, videography, and as a musician.

Chris is a singer, songwriter, and guitar player from the Washington D.C. area, with over 20 years experience playing over 2,000 events during that time. Chris has spent many years with the Lloyd Dobler Effect, and now the Capital Effect, as well as performing solo, duo, and jazz shows in 37 states, and 13 countries.
