From start to finish, they took an incredible amount of stress off my shoulders and made the entire experience not only seamless, but genuinely enjoyable. Throughout the whole process, they were professional, incredibly helpful, and such a joy to work with. From our monthly calls that turned into weekly check-ins as the big day approached, to flawless day-of coordination, I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without them.

There were countless moments leading up to and on our wedding day where I found myself thinking, wow, I am so grateful we have them. They handled everything: creating our entire seating chart display, communicating with all of our vendors, and even solving problems on the fly. When my florist was one bouquet short for my bridesmaids, Bethany and Finn literally gathered extra flowers, ran to Michael’s, and made a full bouquet that was identical to the others. They even hopped on the back of a golf cart with our photographer to help while we drove around for pictures .

They provided so much support in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the wedding, and truly made the day itself completely stress-free. Bethany and her staff are simply wonderful. My husband and I hired Bethany to help plan our wedding in my hometown of State College from one thousand miles away. She was there for us to talk through our ideas, supported us throughout our planning process, talked to vendors on our behalf and organized our entire schedule for the day. It was a worry-free day thanks to Bethany and her team — and if you know me, you know I WORRY! On the day of our wedding, Bethany was there for us with Madi and Finnley, who were both so kind and helpful (thank you Madi for being my personal assistant!) and anyone from our wedding who met them shared how kind and professional they were. They kept our bridal party in line and ready to go and kept us on schedule throughout all of the scheduled events we needed to participate in. In addition to everything that they did, Bethany and her crew also helped with assembling the floral wreath arch that my mom created for our wedding ceremony. This meant the world to me, and I just felt it was extremely kind of them to do, considering there are so many other things to coordinate on the day of someone’s wedding. Thank you so much Bethany, Madi and Finnley for all you did for us on the day of our wedding. Scott and I had the BEST day ever and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Our day was absolutely perfect, and it directly correlated with the incredible services that Bethany and her team provided for our wedding. I chose the 'busy bride' package as I am a project manager in my day job and felt that I was able to book all the vendors and coordinate timeline logistics leading up to the wedding. Bethany was so incredibly organized and had a shared Google drive folder that I was able to put all my documents into the week before the wedding and she coordinated with ALL of my vendors to solidify the timeline and ensure that everything was running smoothly. Madi and Finley were there with me the day of the wedding - and I love those girls with my whole heart. I am so blessed to have had them with me and keep the show moving perfectly along. Madi knew exactly what questions to bring to me re: vendors/family and what questions she was able to make executive decisions on. 15 minutes prior to our wedding ceremony, it began to POUR and Madi calmly talked through options with me - but ultimately it all worked out sans rain! Anything me or my girls needed, they had it taken care of. They even made sure my 90 year old grandfather got on the bus safely and with cookies in hand! They were integral in making sure that rental napkins were tucked away, forks were available for the cake tasting, EVERY DETAIL! To sum it up: YOU NEED TO HAVE THIS TEAM AT YOUR WEDDING!!! I understand needing to shore up budgets, but trust me ladies, you need their services (and will be so so so grateful to have them with you).

I can not recommend Bethany and her team more! I worked with Bethany and Madi leading up to my wedding and they were not only there to give me recommendations on things but they were also there to ease my mind when the stress got to be too much. They reached out to my vendors for me and just took away a whole element of worry that i had. I had Madi and Finn at my wedding and anyone they came in contact with could not stop raving about them! They made sure everything aligned with my vision and made sure my guests were well taken care of. I would not have survived my day without them!
