Bella Wedding & Event Planning is outstanding. Sue is quite capable of handling big events. We had a wedding for 250 and it went off beautifully. My wedding day couldn't have been more perfect! Sue was hired as my coordinator and the execution of the day was flawless. I didn't have to worry about a thing during the day and actually got to enjoy my day. Sue helped me weeks in advance, with keeping me on track of deadlines, following up with vendors, meeting with my venue, and bringing up items I hadn't even though of! Sue is also very accommodating to your schedule. We hired Sue as our wedding coordinator and we could not be more pleased with her services. In short: stop looking and contact her immediately, as Sue is the perfect coordinator. From her level of organization to attention to detail, Sue not only met but exceeded our expectations of the duties of coordinator several times over, going above and beyond what was expected of her. In addition to this, she is a very nice person who you can tell cares deeply about her customer's events going well, as it means so much to them. Sue McCain of Bella Wedding and Event Planning was nothing less than absolutely spectacular in every aspect of her role as weekend coordinator for our daughter’s recent wedding at the Graylyn Estate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina! She is just extraordinary. We cannot even imagine what we would have done without her thorough planning and preparation, complete attention to every large and tiny detail, professional expertise and organizational skills, invaluable guidance and advice, and highly efficient coordination with vendors and Graylyn staff. She made herself completely available to answer questions, make helpful recommendations and provide assistance before, during and after the wedding. She ran us expertly through the rehearsal and guided us beautifully through every step of the wedding and reception, ensuring smooth transitions through the different stages of the evening. She and her wonderful assistants performed a phenomenal set up throughout the estate for the outdoor garden ceremony, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, outdoor dinner under a tent, and indoor dancing and dessert.
