1. Duchess Package - Day of coordination

Attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception

Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors

Making sure wedding ceremony areas are set-up as planned

Making sure table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed

Assisting with handing out wedding flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, for the wedding party

Helping the photographer get the wedding pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer

Making sure wedding reception area is set-up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, Caterer on schedule etc.

Making sure all vendors receive final payments, as needed

Coordinating the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged location

Collecting guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged location

Making sure transportation is running on time

Preventing and fixing any problems that may arise during your event while helping you maintain a cool composure

2. Princess Package - Partial wedding planning

Initial consultation with the bride and groom

Unlimited phone and email availability

At least two wedding planning meetings between couple and wedding planner

A bride and groom timeline and checklist

One visit to site of both wedding ceremony and reception to go over set-up

Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding)

Wedding etiquette advice

List of preferred vendors as needed for the bride and groom to set appointments with

Caterer, Florist, Entertainment

Rental Facilities, Photographer, Videographer

Transportation, Hotel, Wedding Attire

Officiate

A two-hour wedding planning meeting one month before the wedding, which will include:

Wedding ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement

Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary to be provided to client and vendors

Final walk-through with the bride and groom at selected sites

Collection and inventory of wedding items to be set-up on wedding day (candles, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, photographs, guest books, table numbers, programs, seating cards, etc.)

3. Queen Package - Full wedding planning

Initial consultation with the bride and groom

Unlimited phone and email availability

At least three wedding planning meetings between couple and wedding planner

Help preparing and understanding the wedding budget

Preparation of a wedding schedule/timeline and checklists

Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of wedding ceremony and reception venues

Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding)

Wedding etiquette advice

Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired

Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per vendor category

Transportation, Hotel, Rehearsal Dinner, Engagement Party

Coordination of vendors to ensure services/products for the wedding are provided in a timely manner
