My wife handled the most of the details as she had a very specific vision of our wedding day but she was a joy to work with. She took the time to sit with us and understand our likes and dislikes. She provided various options and ideas along the way without it being too overwhelming to the point that it might make things more difficult with all the other planning that goes into a wedding. Would absolutely use her again and would recommend. I personally went with a pocket boutonniere which was great.

She is a flower genius and a true artist, and brings the highest levels of creativity and reliability your could wish for in a wedding florist. Her decades of experience in a larger, more traditional operation show with the polish and professionalism she delivers, but what’s truly special about Astrid is her ability to take your flower dreams/desires and take that vision to the stratosphere. Her passion for her craft is awe inspiring, and the results are just breathtaking. I had a great wedding experience all around but the thing everyone was complimenting were THE FLOWERS. Astrid’s creations are absolute show stoppers. She fully embraced the aesthetic I requested and came up with ingenious solutions for each different item and highly budget conscious (chuppah/arch, bridesmaid bouquets doubling as centerpieces, memorial/gift table arrangement, whimsical ‘pocket’ boutonnieres).

What drew me to Astri Flower studio was the local and sustainable florist practices she is dedicated to: no foam, no plastic, sourcing local and in-season blooms, and even foraged/wild flowers, grasses and greenery. Astrid is really a magician bringing all these elements together into cohesive and totally unique and bespoke floral arrangements. She can do totally traditional floral designs to fully sculptural/avante garde pieces.

On top of all this talent, Astrid is one of the warmest people I’ve met. She made the whole process a joyful one - you forget she’s a vendor because she treats you like a friend. Again, if she’s available, snatch her up. She is a true gem and will bring something really special to your big day.
