To my knowledge, my wedding is the only wedding that ARRO Studio has filmed. Over a year later and I'm still waiting! To be fair - they gave me a wedding DVD, but the quality was beyond awful so it needed to be fixed. First, the video sped through the day and was a blur of images and loud background music drowning out everything else. Second, even with 3 videographers on hand, they managed to miss every traditional aspect of a wedding that should obviously be captured (i.e. walk down the aisle, best man/MOH speeches, my husband's vows, etc.). In fact, they didn't capture my husband's face AT ALL during the ceremony! Third, the misspellings both on their website and in the video of my husband's and my ring bearer's (my puppy) names show an incredible lack for detail or interest in their clients. Fourth, the worst offense of all was watching the wedding video and seeing a scene of SOMEONE ELSE'S wedding invitation on the video! That's right - not my wedding invitation - different names, date, venue, CITY! Ridiculous!
I contacted the business manager for edits, and my numerous emails were ignored for over 6 months! Not a single response for half a year - I'm not sure how you can even run a business like that! I had to copy several other people before I could get a response - to which she says that they lost all of the raw footage and couldn't make any changes. So after a lot of money wasted, I don't have a video of our wedding day. And I do mean A LOT OF MONEY - even with the "discounted rate", they are above the industry average. If you see my other wedding vendors, I loved each and every one of them. This is by far the biggest disappointment of an otherwise wonderful wedding day.
