TJ Jeong of Angel Project Photo & Video is a wedding photographer and videographer in New York City. His personal and dimensional photojournalistic style will perfectly capture the sentiments and special moments of your wedding day. TJ Jeong is not just a photographer, he is an artist with a true passion for his craft and a greater passion for making couples happy on their wedding day. The Angel Project is all about creating beauty out of the ordinary; TJ Jeong will capture the beauty of every moment during your wedding, from the grand events to the subtle, intimate details of your day.
TJ Jeong first started photography when he was sixteen. His father gave him his first camera, and he immediately began experimenting and working in the high school dark room on personal projects of all kinds. He then went on to study at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Not long after graduation, TJ moved to South Korea, where his work was featured in magazines such as Cosmopolitan Korea and Bazzar Korea. He also opened his first studio in South Korea. TJ’s work was featured at Woodstock Annual Benefit in 1999 and 2000, and the Sadi Gallery in 2000. In 2006 he shifted his focus to weddings with the Angel Project.
