Bri and Kara are all you could ever want in wedding planners! From the first meeting, they made the process incredibly easy for us. They came to every meeting incredibly organized and kept detailed notes of everything we went over. Throughout the planning phases they gave us enough options for vendors without overwhelming us and gave great feedback for vendors they have worked with previously. On the day of the wedding they went above and beyond to make it the most seamless day despite some weather challenges that forced us to move our ceremony inside at the last minute. We could not recommend them enough!! We also used them for the rehearsal dinner which was great to keep a cohesive theme throughout the weekend!

Kara and Bri of Amore Events were the geniuses who brought all of our dreams to reality. We needed help planning a formal dinner for 70 and a welcome party for about 120--and no one in the wedding party lives nearby the wonderful Charlottesville, Virginia, wedding location. Over about a year, Amore Events "worked the plan" for us and helped us choose a perfect location--one that was elegant, had delicious food, and allowed some of our older family members to easily access the venue. We held both events at The Forum Hotel (Kimpton) on the North Grounds of UVa. Food, decor, music, and ambience were all wonderful and the mood was light-hearted and fun. We enjoyed the evening with NO stress!

Bri and Kara truly deserve all the credit for creating such a perfect day for us! We were just so impressed by how they navigated everything with such ease -- from coordinating vendors to managing the timeline, they handled every moment effortlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. They were a dream to work with and honestly the best investment we made for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, their expertise shined and they guided us with such confidence and care while always ensuring we never felt overwhelmed at any point. Their calm and thoughtful approach made the entire experience so fun and enjoyable for us. Not only were they wonderful planners, but their compassion and kindness made them a true pleasure to work with, something we noticed from our very first call together. It was so easy to put our trust in them, knowing we were in the best hands and they had our backs throughout the entire process! Bri and Kara are truly the best out there, our day wouldn't have been the same without them!!
