Great addition to the wedding

We rented the Rolls Royce and a coach bus for our wedding. Both of the drivers were great and it was quite an entrance in the Rolls Royce! It was talked about all night!

We got the Rolls Royce, and everything was beautiful! Our driver was great and very timely! He drove very safely and even gave us water after the ceremony (because it was quite hot) The only downside is they have an email address to reserve, but they do not respond to it. You HAVE to call them. Even if they email you something, don't reply to the email because they don't respond. Otherwise, great!

They were hired for my bachelorette party 2 days prior to my wedding and the limo driver who arrived damaged a concrete wall in the driveway of the house we were renting. A panel of the limo fell off and she slammed it back on saying her husband could fix it. Then the partition didn't work so she was listening to everything the whole time. Meanwhile we were trying to have fun and she's asking us for directions everywhere. AC and radio also did not work.So day after bachelorette party I get a call from this company telling me that the Vintage Rolls Royce I had searched high and low for and is the only reason I went with this company is no longer available. they send this other car that was tiny as ever. My mom&I drove from Lutz to South Tampa dying because the AC was not working properly. My mom fanned me the entire ride while The limo driver continued with saying "I don't know why it's not getting cold in here."I find out from our bridesmaids that the A/C in the hummer was not working either. They told me that there was this fan the driver had and everyone was trying to get some cool air from that.After speaking to Denise and double checking that I was charged the correct price I mentioned the AC issue and she told me she would put the owner on. The owner immediately got on the phone ready to argue with me. Not once did I start the conversation with wanted money back because of the AC issue I stated multiple times that I was calling to make him aware of the issue and he just started telling me that I was lying. I calmly asked him if this is the way he talks to customers and he started laying into me about how he gave us a break in price because they had to switch vehicles and that I should be grateful that he gave me his personal vehicle. At which point I was no longer going to be yelled at over the phone so I ended the call. No one should ever have to be in that kind of situation.
