Agritopia Farm is an agricultural wedding venue situated in the town of Gilbert, Arizona. Operating as an organic commercial farm for over fifteen years, this picturesque outdoor location has become an increasingly popular spot for private celebrations. It offers a stunning array of indoor and outdoor spaces and a variety of services to avail of, as well as a warm and attentive event coordination staff. Located just 30 minutes outside of downtown Phoenix, this charming farm offers couples and their guests an enchanting hideaway full of beautiful foliage and lavish greenery.
Facilities and Capacity
Argritopia Farm is available for private weddings between September and April. It is suitable for every stage of your occasion, including bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies and receptions, and offers three mesmerizing event spaces to choose from. The Garden and The Orchard offer exquisite surroundings for outdoor celebrations. The Farm House is another space provided for a smaller gatherings. Clients are invited to make full use of the grounds and are permitted to host guests in one or multiple spaces throughout their special day.
Services Offered
The attentive event coordination staff at Agritopia Farm is available to make your dream wedding a reality. As they host only one private event per weekend, they are dedicated to providing nothing less than exceptional service to every couple. Their services include event planning, setup, and cleanup and a variety of event rentals are also available, including altars, lanterns and more.
Cuisine
Because Agritopia Farm is a certified organic working farm, we work with required vendors who know our property and offer a list of preferred vendors as well. These vendors have been in the special event/wedding business for at least five years and were carefully selected to assure that you have a high level event unique to you.
Our required caterers offer buffet, modified family style and plated options for catering and are even able to order the freshest ingredients grown on the farm. The talented catering team will work with each couple to design the perfect menu of seasonal dishes for their guests to enjoy. Their services include hors d’oeuvres, buffets, plated meals, food stations, desserts, and cake cutting. Couples and their guests can also avail of the beverage options available including the finest beer, wine, spirits, and champagne. Trained and experienced service staff are on-hand to tend to the needs and desires of every guest and make them feel at home on the farm.

After ten wedding seasons as the owner of everybody loves flowers, specializing in wedding florals and events, I have always dreamed of curating beautiful weddings and amazing events at Agritopia Farm. The idea came way before opening my floral shop at Barnone and for the past three years, I have worked with many amazing vendors, friends and family to make this dream come true. Since I’ve been behind the scenes at hundreds weddings as a florist, I knew what potential Agritopia Farm would have to offer as one of the best outdoor experiences in the Valley.
I’ve poured so much of my heart into this venue space. With much faith, I have had the opportunity to plan proposals, elopements, rehearsal dinners, showers, wedding ceremonies and receptions. They are everything I dreamed them to be. I am truly honored that Agritopia Farm allows The Helm Events to welcome clients to this unique property. To continue to cultivate the property, a portion of the rental fee for every event at Agritopia Farm contributes to purchasing seeds, equipment. Every detail of every event has been designed with much love and passion for our clients and their guests, including our vendors too.

Myranda is the Client Experience & Venue Coordinator for The Helm Events. She has grown up in the wedding industry; from watching her mom grow her floral business, assisting with events and weddings, and watching the launch of Agritopia Weddings. Not to mention, Myranda has served as a maid of honor three times herself and a bridesmaid twice (27 dresses? lol). She has a passion to create for a unique and inspiring business with her love for numbers and organization in her back pocket.
With a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business from TCU, Myranda has extensive knowledge of the retail world and visual merchandising by working for Anthropologie and Buckle. Her styling skills for special events are off the charts since working for showrooms at the Dallas Market Center specializing in merchandising and apparel trade shows. As the District Visual Merchandiser for Buckle for the past two years Myranda managed the visuals and windows of her store in Gilbert, surroundings stores in her area, along with traveling across the nation as a corporate visual team member to create visual content for the whole company. This next chapter working with Agritopia Weddings will be the best one yet. Her addition to The Helm Events team will take weddings and private events to the next level. Can’t wait to meet you!
