We would love to help make your event a dream come true. We can cater any size event from a romantic dinner delivered to your home or cabin to corporate events with hundreds of guests. If you are looking for a wedding cake or food for your reception we can handle weddings of all sizes and styles. Our online menu planner is a tool to help us better serve you but it does not reserve or pay for your menu. Every event is unique so we confirm all the details of your menu or cake before any official reservation or payment is made.

Absolutely Sensational Catering did such a great job for our wedding! Karen was responsive with phone calls as soon as I reached out to her company. Their menu has plenty of options to suit any type of event and taste. We had the bbq pork and lemon capers chicken as our main dishes, with salad, cheesy potatoes, broccoli casserole, and potato wedges for an appetizer. We also had Karen do our cake, which was a strawberry cream and vanilla layered cake. Our guests have many compliments about the food and dessert! We hired two servers for the night of the wedding to assist in clearing tables and serving. We would recommend Absolutely Sensational to anyone getting married in the Gatlinburg area!!Absolutely Sensational Catering's reply:
Thank you for the kind words. Our food is always good, so it makes my job easy, no complaints! After 30 years serving brides in our area. I an still excited at every reception. We laugh, cry, all the smiles and hugs. You ladies decorated beautifully. It was perfect.
