Located in Bushwick, 53 Scott is a multi-level indoor-outdoor private event space and the latest addition to the SAA ecosystem. Architecturally reductionist, the interiors are defined by polished concrete floors and 17-foot ceilings, segmented by cascading drapes and rhythmically placed floor-to-ceiling windows. Each level opens onto terraces that exceed 2,000 square feet.

53 Scott is ideal for those drawn to understated luxury and thoughtful composition, offering a rare balance of intimacy and expanse; beautiful as-is, and seamlessly transformable to your vision.

FACILITIES AND CAPACITY

The first 4 floors of the building are dedicated to private studios and the top two floors are reserved for special events. Upon arrival, guests enter through frosted glass doors and make their way to our green marble elevator.

Ceremonies are typically held on the sixth floor, where vows are exchanged against the cityscape. Guests then move to the terrace for an outdoor reception with sweeping views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The party descends to the 5th floor for further celebrations and dining.

53 Scott can accommodate DJs, live bands, and special performances.
