It was an accident!
Rich received his Grandmother’s ring in the mail; thought she wouldn’t like it. He went to hand it to her and she proclaimed "NO! You have to ask me the right way!"
After taking the wrong knee and then the wrong hand, Rich finally got it right... he hopes.
