Our Story

How we met

We first met at school in the school bookstore. After waving at each other several times on the sidewalk, we became friends on facebook. We started running into each other, and found that we enjoyed each other’s company. :) Our first date was to the living gallery.

How we got engaged

I surprised Karlyn by flying to Wisconsin where she was visiting her best friend, Jess. Jess took her to a park that I used to go to when I was a little kid. Before she arrived there I had sprinkled rose petals on the snow over an iron and wood plank bridge. She was initially surprised by the rose petals but even more surprised when I came walking out of the woods. We met in the middle of the bridge, I gave her a rose, said a few romantic things, and then I knelt down and proposed to her. she said,"yes." For the whole story click here.
