Our Story

How we met:

Andy and I met during our freshman year of college. I lived on the first floor of Beard Hall and he lived on the second. We had seen each other around the dorm a few times, and Andy finally worked up the courage to ask me out.

When we got Engaged:

May 24th, 2008

How it happened

Even though I told Andy that he wasn’t going to surprise me and that I knew it was coming, he did surprise me.

He tied a ribbon on Dublin’s (our then puppy) collar one morning (at 7:00 mind you), and had her go jump on me. He then told me to look on Dublin’s collar. I was so mad that he woke me up that I told him to look at it himself. Finally he got me to take the ring off the collar, then he got down on one knee and popped the question.

And now here we are...
