They take care of everything for you, but it is very expensive and difficult to afford. They are very structured & scheduled (you choose from a number of options that they provide) which in my case was very helpful because it made it easier to tell our families "no" to stupid demands and I could say, "the place doesn't allow it," and let that be the end of it. I will say that despite the fact that we had to have a "bare bones" wedding package (which was still like $10,000!), we were always treated with respect and like our business was important.

Chris was a fabulous guy to work with. He was really flexible schedule wise (I had to reschedule my bridal portraits at the last minute due to a freak snow storm and my dress not being finished) and a really relaxing person to work with on such a stressful day. He was patient with my 8,000 requests and all of my family's "oh by the way" requests after the wedding. The only complaint I had was there was too much sepia color scheme used at the reception (it was hard to see and got kind of boring). But the value for the $$ was the best we received and he provided us with a lot of great pictures. He captures color in an amazing way!

Our florist had to put up with my indecisive choices and she handled me well. She was never rude or patronizing and was very patient. She was very understanding and responded to emails very quickly and was upfront about all the costs, etc. I wasn't really happy with the flowers that were in my bridesmaids' bouquets, but she did everything else right and was on time, and everyone was really impressed!

Our wedding cakes were not what we asked for, the delivery was over an hour late, the driver broke the mirror stand that my cake was supposed to sit on, and then they were $200 more expensive than we anticipated because the "grand total" listed on the bill did not include the refundable deposit for the mirror stand (which we did not even get because they broke it).

The service was terrible, the staff was rude & treated me like I was stupid, and our wedding cakes looked plain and we were extremely dissatisfied with them. Our guests thought they were fine, and no one knew any different, but we did and when you pay nearly $1000 for something you expect it to be right!

We booked the DJ very early, but they did everything we asked for and they followed our instructions to the letter! After having been to a lot of our friends' weddings where the DJ played music that was inappropriate (or even music from their "do not play" lists), we were really impressed with the service we got.
