Augusta Pines is beautiful and Susan is really sweet. However, she was hard to get a hold of, which was frustrating. Also she did not communicate to us very well about the menu tasting. Overall I am glad we booked there, but the service could use a little help.
They were wonderful. They worked with me to create a custom package. They do not work by the hour, so they will be there through the entire event for no extra charge, and their work is really great! I would recommend them to anyone.
Cristina was my favorite vendor. The flowers were stunning, and even better than what I had envisioned. She was great to work with, very accomodating, and helpful.
The first David's Bridal I went to, the salesperson was very pushy, and when I told her I was not planning on buying a dress that day, she seemed reluctant to continue helping me. Then she called me twice after that to ask if I had ordered my dress yet. She told me it would take 6 months to order the dress I wanted. After shopping around some more, I went back to a different location to try on my favorite dress again. This time the service was much better. The girl was very nice, very helpful, and not pushy at all. I ordered the dress there, and it turns out it only took 6 WEEKS to get it in, not months. I LOVED my dress and it held up very nicely. I think the service you get depends on the people working in the store.
We went with Alfred Angelo's invitations because we found a pattern we liked at a very affordable price. However, they were somewhat difficult to work with. They did not send me the proof I ordered until I called to ask about it, and they did not alert me when the invitations were in, again, I called to ask. The quality of the invitations was good, but the service wasn't so great.
