Over all I had a good experience with them. I was able to make payments w/ them on the phone and the planners were great, the decor was great, the location is beautiful... however, they have some pretty weird rules about alcohol and actually went through my bridesmaids bags to find any and stole what they had in their bags which in my opinion is straight theft. Rules or no rules... they crossed the line. Other than that our experience was pretty good and i have great pics cuz the location is soooo gorgeous!

I love them! Tina was amazing and handled everything and was just the sweetest person ever. You really cant beat the price and the location is so much fun and just a blast. Thanks for everything!

They were great. The cake looked and tasted incredible and you cant beat the price. Phoenix gets a big YUM YUM from me.

Most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. Their staff is rude and blames the customer for their mistakes or miscommunication. They got in arguments with 3 of my bridesmaids and were unhelpful the first time i came in saying they would not even measure my bridesmaid until she paid for her dress which she was going to do in the following week. I myself was talked down to and made to feel like the color mistake on the dresses was my fault when i thought i was pretty clear when i came in. Do not go to Jinny's Bridal if you want to be treated well. They are snobs and just plain stupid.

Awesome, excellent, would recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer! On time, professional & and they were like ninjas, they were everywhere! wonderful.
