They were wonderful to deal with. They even provided a master of ceremonies who did a great job. Half way through the organization, the person who was dealing with our wedding left the castle, and the replacement glided in seamlessly and did a great job. On the downside, they do not have a handle on the bills they issue - they issued the bill twice for the wrong amount of people attending.

The flowers at the wedding were amazing and lasted a very long time. They were also delivered on time. And they made changes up to the last few days before the wedding.

My only complaint is that it would sometime take them a month to reply to an email.

I bought my dress there and also had alterations made. The dress was beautiful and definetly good value for money. The alterations were very expensive and in my opinion not very good - the dress did not stay up very well which made me nervous throughout the night. Also accessories are very expensive there so I would advise just buying the dress there and nothing else.

They do have an amazing selection of gowns though so I would recommend them and also they kept within my price range when picking the dress.

They did a great job for myself and the bridesmaids. However my hair did not keep very well and they were extremely expensive.

Piera was amazing and I recommend her strongly. She did such an amazing job, was professional from beginning to end and even drove me to and from the train station after the trial.
