Ashley and the staff at kent manor made my day truly stress free. Ashley was also a great person to plan with as she was very patient with my decision making! We got married on a Thursday in July and our garden ceremony was perfect. perfect weather, perfect view. Every one of my guests raved about how much they loved the place. As the bride, I was getting my hair and make-up done all day in the bridal suite and found that being at kent manor kept me calm and relaxed, even when there was an issue with my rented linens. Ashley took care of it for me! Lastly, having the house filled with guests allowed the wedding to continue. My dad got to spend time with his friends on the balcony, some sat on the front porch, some hung out by the gazebo. The food was also amazing! The perfect venue!
Jenni was an absolute joy to work with! I truly enjoyed showing her our venue and seeing her picturing gorgeous pictures! I am the ultimate budget bride and Jenni easily worked with us so we got the most for our money. At the wedding she was on time, and kept up with out tight schedule. She was unobtrusive at the ceremony and the reception and captured all the great moments. When there was an issue with the upload Jenni tirelessly addressed it until all images were there! She did not force many awkward poses, and was very flexible when we needed to add time. She didn't pull us away from the party for pictures, which was nice. She also has a great sense of humor, which helped when working with the guys! I wasn't going to have Jenni make my album, but seeing her creativity in the pictures, I am eagerly anticipating having her make our album!! I also am looking forward to capturing future life moments through Jenni!
I used Allison Barnhill for my table names. I got engaged in Las Vegas and rather than number the tables, I used Vegas hotels. Allison was such a joy to work with and really made my idea into something gorgeous. I also used her for two labels on other decorations and am so excited for her work I am going to use her for my thank-you cards. I am a budget conscience bride and she worked with me to make the most out of my budget! Can't wait to use her again!
Sarah made my wedding plans exciting, rather than overwhelming! She worked tirelessly to make the most of my budget. She addressed all my "how about this..." questions even when they weren't flower related! I ran all my ideas by her because I instantly trusted her! Sarah also recommended several other vendors that I used and loved just as much. She really made my money work for me and I wish I had more events to use her for! She is a lovely person who loves her job which makes it really fun and exciting to work with her!
I am the ultimate budget savvy bride and wanted to get the most for my money, and Kim made it happen! I was able to have two cakes and her talent with sugar is amazing. The cakes looked and tasted wonderfully! They were so good my family had them all again the next night with some ice cold milk! Kim was also great at helping me design the perfect cake. I wanted simple yet stunning and with her sugar roses, sugar hydrangea, a monogram topper and her talents, my cake was perfect. Our groom's cake was shaped like the Luxor hotel (this is where we got engaged) and it was awesome as well, right down to a chocolate sphinx! I wish I had more reasons to buy cakes from Kim!

Chris Dunn was one of my favorite elements of my wedding. It was a garden ceremony and he sat under a tree and created the most perfect tone to my day. At the end of the ceremony, the sun came out from behind a puffy white cloud and Chris was playing "here comes the sun" by the Beatles, and this was noticed by all my guests! He was a joy to work with in the planning process and was very patient with me as I weighed all my options and possibilities. He was prompt with his e-mail replies and very affordable (I was the token budget/DIY bride). I loved his music so much (as heard on the website) I had him play the cocktail hour as well! Just perfect!
Linens were the last thing I added to my wedding design. I thought they would be out of the world expensive, but after deciding to meet with Silvia and get some information, I instantly convinced myself on needing linens. My meeting with Silvia was the moment I truly saw my wedding come together. I went in with one idea and walked out with something so totally gorgeous my now husbands response was "we can afford this?" With time and patience Silvia came to understand what I loved and then made it affordable.
As for quality and flexibility we had 2 minor issues. When we went to pick up our linens 2 were not available and the next size was offered. When this was not acceptable to me the company took measures to make sure I got what I asked for, in the right size. Then when the tables were being set, 3 linens were stained. Again, RTR took corrective measures and got me the linens I wanted to the degree of quality I expected.
When I returned from my honeymoon I brought my issues to the company's attention and they pleasantly addressed my concerns and we came to a mutually agreeable settlement.
There are tons of bad companies out there, and RTR is not. They came highly recommended by several other vendors, and even with our bumps in the road, they took prompt measures to correct their actions. I absolutely loved my linens!
