Stacia was wonderful!! She went through everything I would need flowers for. She also works with you to fit your budget for your wedding and gives a lot of alternatives to keep the cost down. Stacia did an amazing job!! The flowers were so pretty!!! I loved all the peonies!! I would highly recommend Petals and Beans.

Where do i begin? First, we bought the dresses for all of my bridesmaid a year in advance. They came in a month or two later. However, some of the dresses had extra material around the breast area, which made the top of the dress very wrinkly. I spoke with the alterations at the same store. They stated that they can fix it by steaming it or alterations, so we waited a couple of months to do the alterations (since people sometimes fluctuate in size).

I scheduled alternations 4 months before the wedding, which was a hassle. They were having a hard time communicating on the phone, which resulted in me repeating myself multiple times and spelling everything out. They also did not understand that I will not be bringing in my wedding dress since I did not buy it there and was having it done somewhere else.

When we went in, we explained the issue (as referenced above). Also, we had the following things that needed to be done: straps pulled in, pull the bottom half of the dress in, and add cups. Those alterations were pretty easy especially since I learned to do them when I was younger, but did not have time to do them before the wedding.

We scheduled a pick up time with the Alterations Manager. My bridesmaid called in to cancel her appointment, but she found out that they NEVER marked us down in the schedule. So my bridesmaid took care of getting it in the schedule (even asking the manager again). However, the day before the appointment they were calling each of my bridesmaid and asking for the other bridesmaid's number. They said to my bridesmaid that you are not in the schedule (a second time). In the end, we finally were in the schedule. All of this would have been handled if they put us in the schedule and/or contacted the bride. They had my number and it was the main number for all of my brides.

At the alterations, we found out that they had scheduled someone else in our spots (that's why we weren't in the schedule). The altered dress was a disaster. There were threads sticking out from where they altered the zipper. The dress no longer fit the bridesmaid. According to the employee, it was because she gained weight. The top of the dress was still wrinkled, but they said it would come out with steaming. So we left the dress with them to steam.

The other bridesmaid dress, which was picked up the same time as the supposedly steamed dress from above, was too big with the straps falling down and the bottom of the dress had threads sticking out also. The top of it was also wrinkled. The alter stated it was a manufacturer defect and she will see what the manager can do. The manager said that they cannot fix the dress and we do not have any of them in stock. You will need to pick a new color (this is a month before my wedding)! The manager had the dress from the first alterations to now for 2 weeks, but didn't bother to tell me any of this.

The next night we come back to try the dresses on again. One of the sales associates commented about my one bridesmaid that she looked pregnant. Which she isn't! That seemed pretty rude, but we didn't see that sales associate for the rest of the night. The manager and seamstress said that they couldn't do anything for us. So I took the dresses with me and decided to try to fix it myself.

Long story short, the store refunded about $40 for the dresses having huge creases. In addition, they even tried sending us 2 similar dresses. But when we went to pick them up, they had the same issue and had stains. Both times, the manager did not check the dress, so we wasted time coming in and saying what's this stain? Finally, we got an unstained dress, so I now had 3 dresses with somewhat decent shape (as minimal creases as possible). This happened ONE WEEK before my wedding!

In the end, BEWARE of alterations from David's Bridal. Check the dresses very thoroughly before buying your dress. Also, do not trust the sales associate because they do not know much about the dresses. Lastly, DO NOT shop at the David's Bridal in York. It is a waste of time and money.

By the way, there was one manager, who wasn't directly involved with any of the crap above. She was disrespectful and rude towards my mother in law and myself. She definitely does not provide any service to David's Bridal and should NOT be in a manager or customer service position. Please and thank you get a lot in life even if you don't mean it, but being downright rude just lost a customer forever!

Please bear in mind that I am not knocking David's Bridal as a whole just the store in York and their inadequate staff. If you need a dress or dresses, go somewhere else. You'll thank yourself later.

We booked them at the last minute (a month or so before). They helped finalize the plans. The week of the wedding they contacted our vendors, but we didn't receive any feedback, so we assumed everything was okay. Everything was okay except for one of our vendors. One of our vendors did not show up for the rehearsal. The vendor was the pianist! It was not Planned Perfection's fault that the pianist did not show up. The pianist was going off a flawed schedule (his only schedule for Gigmaster's only booked him for 1 day even though our contract stated 2 days).

Anyways, that turned into a fiasco because we didn't have any music and we were calling him trying to correct everything. In the end, we had a friend learn all the music the night before (literally 10 hours before). She played flawlessly and the rest of our day went off without a hitch.

Planned Perfection kept everything in sync and everything went great. They cleaned up after the reception and they took care of any issue we had.

I would highly recommend Planned Perfection for anybody's wedding. Planned Perfection dealt with our wedding fiasco to the best of their abilities and it turned out great.

On a side note, we did not have Jonnaysa, who owns Planned Perfection, was not in charge of our wedding. Kelly was in charge and she did a great job.
