The Quality of Service- Day of the wedding the "event planner" was no where around. If it wasn't for the DJ, things would not have run smoothly.
Responsiveness- The Winery was not good at returning phone calls, messages, or emails. Contact required personal visits to the location.
Professionalism- Although, there was a written contract, the verbal agreements were not withheld without confrontation. The Head Chef was very difficult to deal with, and I felt he over stepped his boundries when it came to the actual event planning.
Value for Cost- The cost was very reasonable, and the Venue was very beautiful and well kept.
Flexibilty- When we would show up at the winery to discuss issues, or questions that we might have had, they were always able to make time to sit down with us and discuss them.
Although, we had difficutly making the arrangements with the Winery, the overall wedding went very well. All the guest expressed that they had a great time, and it was a beautiful wedding. The food and cakes were very well prepared!! Haak Vineyards & Winery responded with the the following comments: Response from Kathleen Reiss Events Manager, the winery does not provide 'planner" services rather I coordinate the wedding agenda with the family as a representative of the winery. The bride in this case did see me quite often as I delivered lunch and beverages to the bridal party, worked with her decorating committee and florist and I was present at the winery from 9am until after the wedding ended. The entertainer and his wife have been here many times and that is the role his wife takes in every case in the absence of a wedding planner. The chef and I are on staff at the winery for every event and try diligently to respond as quickly as possible. We regret that our services did not meet the customer expectations and certainly will examine the issues raised in this review.
Although, I still have not received my album book yet (due to the fact that the wedding was very recent) I feel Jim did a great job on the engagement pictures, as well as working with all the family at the wedding. I have been able to review the wedding pictures on a link that he provided us, and they all look great! Also, on that link family and friends can order prints that they want. Very easy to work with, and would refer to others, as well as go back for future pictures.

It was very nice to work with Alma. She was very professional. She responded quickly to left messages or emails. The center pieces, cake flowers, and the flowers around the chapel were beautiful. The flowers were very fresh, not wilted or discolored. Every detail that I conveyed to her, she was able to complete. Would highly recommend!!
David's Bridal had a wonderful selection of dresses. The lady that assited me was very helpful with everything. Same goes when it came to the wedding parties attire. Although, the dresses were beautiful, we did run into a problem with alterations there. The communication in the alteration department was a little diffulcult at times, but overall I was satisfied.

I liked working with Jason, and would recommend him for any type of event! Any time we had we had questions he was very prompt to respond, even when he was out of town. We did make a few last minute changes, and he was very flexible with that. On the day of the event, the ceremony music was exactly what I wanted! During the reception, he kept the crowd on the dance floor which was nice. His wife was also there, and she did a great job of keeping everything (ex. the cake cutting, first dance, father daughter dance, garter toss, etc.) on track and time. They also provided mics for officiant, and throughout the reception. Without them, I don't think the reception would have gone so smoothly!! Highly recommend!
