Trying to find a church was a nightmare. With my father and brother both in Iraq, I had to paln the wedding as best I could with the hopes they could make it back. That left me with June and a Friday ceremony. Most of the churches would not return my calls and when they did would not budge on being Friday versus Saturday, no matter the circumstances. Joan was fantastic at meeting our special needs, Denise made sure everything ran smoothly and Matt played the organ aboslutely beautifully. The church is, of course, gorgeous and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to have my ceremony at this glorious church. Thank you thank you thank you.

Having my wedding at Butler's was like having it at the house I grew up in. Here they don't treat you like clients but like family. They work with you on every detail to make sure your day is everything you imagined and more. When it came time to decide where to hold the reception, there was no question and now after the fact, there is still no question I made the right/best decision. Thank you Nancy, Janice and the rest of the Butler's family for making our day absolutely magical!!

I was having to travel back and forth between Houston and Austin and Michelle was very flexible with me. As soon as we began discussing my flowers and what I would like to see...it was like she was in my head. She knew exactly what I wanted and the final result was fabulous. The colors were fantastic and look amazing in all the photos and the style kept in tune with Butler's Courtyard and the feel that I was going for. Michelle is very easy to work with and an absolute sweetheart. Michelle - Thank you thank you thank you :)

Jula was an absolute doll to work with. We had just one meeting and a follow up call the week of. The results - AMAZING. The cakes were everything I thought they would be and more. I had no idea what I wanted and was able to get a beautiful cake with her guidance. The one thing I knew I wanted was the UT crest for the groom's cake and she was able to deliver!! It was a great way to pay tribute to our alma mater. If you are a fan of pineapple, the pineapple filling with french vanilla is amazing and you can't go wrong with her carrot cake. Thank you Jula!!

I had a large weddig party and family to transport to and from the church...the hitch was the way to the reception was during dowtown Houston traffic. We even had to make a stop on the way because I, the bride, had to go to the bathroom really bad. We made it to each destination on time and in style. The trolleys were so much fun and everyone really enjoyed them...so much roomier than a limo would have been and for the time needed much more cost effective. Thank you Annette for the beautiful ride - your team did an outstanding job!!
