Our Story

The day myself and Victor started dating was one of the most amazing days of my life. We started dating on October 26, 1999 which was a Tuesday afternoon. Me and Victor have had a lot of trouble through our relationship. We had our up and downs but we always found our way back to fall in love with one another. Now let me tell you about the day I got engaged.
I have been asking Victor about every other week when is he going to marry me. I started asking him that question a lot after I went to my friends wedding. I thought he was never going to marry me and we were just going to stay a boyfriend and girlfriend forever, but I thought wrong. October 4, 2008 was the day that changed my life. It was like any normal day. We had a birthday party to go to and I was upset with Victor because he was gone all morning and didn’t say where he was going. Finally when he got home we got ourselves ready for the birthday party in Sacramento. We argued a little but not to much. On our way home we started arguing again. Victor had asked what we going to do tonight? I didn’t know what to do like always. He tired calling his mom to watch the two kids. I knew my parents weren’t home. So we had no sitter. We just ended up staying home and watching T.V. Favian had asked me to get him something to drink, while I was in the kitchen pouring some milk Victor went to the bedroom and then came back to the living. Favian went on his way back to his room after drinking his milk. Well when I went to go sit back down to watch T.V. Victor grabbed my arm and asked if I wanted to spend my life with him and if I am ready. I said of course in a mean way because I was still mad. Finally Victor pulled out a little box wrapped up behind his back and asked me if I will be his wife, Will I Marry him. I looked him in the eyes and told him you better not be playing with me. When I opened the box I realized he wasn't playing and there was my engagement ring. I was so in shock I didn’t know what to do. Of course I told him YES. I will never forget that day. Victor was so nervous and he looked pale as a ghost. I couldn’t figure out why and later on I knew why he was nervous.
I am finally going to marry the man of my dreams next year. I never thought that this time would come in my life. I love him so much that I would do anything for him. In the mornings when I wake up and roll over to see Victor he makes my day just by looking at him, listening to him breathe while he is sleeping, feeling his warm body under the covers, knowing I have him next to me and will have him next to me for the rest of my life make me feel like the luckiest women in the world.

Davids Bridal i heard was a good place. I took my brides maids to get there dress there and it was a price. However they were calling the wrong girls saying there dress was in and it wasnt and they were emailing them and not all of the girls check there email all the time. My mom got here dress there and she had it ordered and when it came in it was the wrong dress and they did even let her exchange it.

I bought my dress with Bridal Mart and they didnt call me when the dress was in I had to call them to see when or if it was there. When i got my dress some of the beads were coming off and the dress was way to big for me in the chest. They were not very helpful at all. the only thing i can say good about this place is the price.

I bought my husbands ring here because he said he didnt want an expensive one becuase of the kind of work he does. The ring price was great although the sales rep. didnt know much about rings.
