Christy is very creative. She was open to my ideas. The cake was beautiful. She knew we were very close on our numbers for the guest list so she actually made an extra sheet cake for us at no extra charge in case we ran short of cake at the wedding. We wanted to add raspberries on the cake, which she did for us. One cake vendor I talked to wanted $30 in addition to the cake cost which was over $100 more than Christy's to start with. She makes the most amazing cupcakes. She shares her shop with another company. It's fun and retro looking, but she is serious about her cakes and very easy to work with. She wasn't pushy and I didn't feel like a number like I did with some of the others. We live on the west side, but it was worth the drive to taste her cakes. Would definitely use again. Nice lady.

This company was flexible in regard to our needs, but our driver had no idea where he was going. He wouldn't listen to our suggestions. What should of been a 12-15 minute drive one way was double or longer. We wanted our wedding guests taken from our hotel to the wedding venue so they would not have to drive afterwards. He went the longest way, I don't know how it took so long. He actually went through a trailer park with the first group and both hotel/venue are on main roads. The last group to get to the wedding venue was almost late, and they should have been there at least 15 minutes before the wedding. I don't know if the GPS was set wrong but it was crazy. They tried to make up for it by giving some free time in a limo later, but I think they do that anyway for your anniversary. The driver should know where he's going WAY before the event. Phoenix is very easy to get around, everything is basically a square grid.

Aloha Limousine responded with the the following comments:
Aloha, in response to this so we can make sure our repuation stays excellent. Our drivers are instrucuted to use the GPS on all runs, unless the person that has booked the car wants something different. We do not want everyone trying to give the driver directions, because then it gets confusing and one persons directions may be different from anothers. On this particular run the driver had to make a detour due to traffic taking them out of the way a little. If we had not, the traffic delays might have taken even longer. It's no excuse in any way, so we did offer free additional time to make it up, which we DO NOT do on unless we make an honest mistake. Aloha takes pride in making sure all of our clients are taken care of before, during, and after every ride. That is what has made us Phoenix's premier themed limo company.
