Stonewall has the atmosphere to make your guests oooh and aaah and the food to make their mouths water! As a wedding planner, I know that sometimes it is difficult to choose a location that is affordable. Budget was a large concern when my husband and I began planning our wedding. We wanted a beautiful location with a view in our price-point. We found both of those things - and more - with Stonewall Golf Club. All of our guests said that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended! The food was amazing and everyone couldn't stop talking about how great it tasted. Everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves until the final song - so much so that I had to ask them to leave because the event staff had to clean. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out!!! Stonewall Golf Club responded with the the following comments: Thank you Jackie! Ron and I met quite a few years ago through a mutual wedding planner friend of ours. We have worked together on a number of weddings. When it came time to choose a photographer, the choice was clear. As a wedding planner, I know that the photos taken are the most priceless take-away from a wedding. Wedding photos can only be taken once and must be taken correctly. I knew that Ron would be able to capture my and my husband's personalities (we are quite the characters) as well as the little details going on throughout the day. Before the ceremony, while my girls and I were getting ready, Ron was able to capture a few of just me. In the days leading up to the wedding, my face broke out (I blame it on the baby). While my make-up artist was able to cover everything beautifully - I believe that Ron's skilled lighting techniques were able to cover the rest. For most of the wedding, my husband and I didn't even know that Ron was around. After taking our group shots - with family and wedding party - he was able to be everyone all at the same time and got 1,324 of the BEST pictures I have ever seen! My family can't stop raving about the shots (I think my dad has sent pictures to everyone he has ever known in his LIFE). My husband and I are having a difficult time choosing our favorite shots for an album because they are all so beautiful!! Thank you, Ron, for everything you did for us!
As a wedding planner, I have worked with Melissa on several weddings. I have seen the works of art she has put together for other couples and was lucky enough to be able to have her put my work of art together. She was able to take an idea nd turn it into a reality. My husband's grandfather used to make him Harvey Wallbanger flavored cakes for his birthday - Melissa was able to recreate it as one of the tiers of our wedding cake. Not only did it TASTE amazing, but it LOOKED even more amazing - even when it ended up on our faces! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the cake tasted!! Not only was Melissa able to put our cake together, but she also did our favors. Each guest got a creme filled chocolate favor and they were gone as soon as the guests sat down! We are extremely happy with what Melissa did for us and are grateful that she was able to make our cake and favors!
What can I say about Marc?!?! I have known Marc for a while now. As a fellow wedding industry professional (I am a wedding planner), I know how hard it can be to really match couples with the correct vendors. When my husband and I got engaged, there was no question about who would DJ for the wedding. Unfortunately my schedule was so busy that Marc didn't get a chance to meet my husband until the day of the wedding!! Marc's personality and style of DJ-ing are rare gems in this business and the raves from our guests proved what I already knew! I gave him the freedom to play what he felt the guests were responding to and the result was nothing short of AWESOME!!! Hiring a good DJ is one of the most important aspects to maintain the energy of your guests - and all of our guests said that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended! Everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves until the final song - so much so that I had to ask them to leave because the event staff had to clean. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out!!!
Myrna and I have known each other and have been planning weddings together for almost five years! When my husband and I got engaged, she was the only one who I trusted with my wedding invitations! The most difficult part was getting my husband to agree to having hot pink as an accent color! Once that bridge was crossed, I looked through a few books and chose an invitation that represented the personalities of my husband and I. Myrna had to go out of town, but even while she was away she worked on getting the invites ordered. They came in fast and were sent out within a few weeks. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the way they turned out!!!

Barb and I met a few years ago and have been working together even since. Some of my brides have told me that they want to do their own make-up on wedding day, but were convinced otherwise once sitting down with Barb! The make-up she uses and the team she has are priceless. On my wedding I was 4 month pregnant and my "glowing" (read: baby breakouts) were, unfortunately, still apparent. I don't know which wand she waved, but she definitely worked nothing short of a miracle! In my ony a few of my photos can you even tell that I had a few blemishes - and those were SUPER close-ups. My face looked flawless, and so did my maids' faces. Hiring Barb is the best investment for a stress-free day!!

As a wedding planner, I had worked with Ky on quite a few of my other weddings. I had seen, first hand, the works of art that she can create with someone's hair. Honestly, it is almost like she is molding clay once she gets an idea of the hairstyle. As a non-traditional bride, I knew that Ky was the PERFECT choice for my wedding day hair style. I gave her a picture and asked her to duplicate it. Instead, she deconstructed the hairstyle, used the main aspects that I like and made it BETTER by adding touches which complimented my personality. Wedding photos are something that are only take once, are shared throughout generations and last a lifetime!! I am beyond thrilled with the way my hair turned out and couldn't have asked for more!!!
