We came across Rose Hill Manor on our way to actually view another venue but we fell in love with it right away. The manor is beautiful and we were sold on the indoor/outdoor ceremony options. But once we handed the deposit over, it basically went down hill from there. We actually signed our contract with one man in March 2007 for our wedding in June 2008. When I called about a month later to ask questions, we found out that he was no longer with the company- someone could have called to tell us! After that, we proceeded to speak with and work with SEVERAL different people throughout the rest of the planning process- some of which told us different things and it was hard to get a straight answer. Looking back, another issue was the price. It is rather pricey, and while that wasn't necessarily an issue, we do not feel that we got a lot of value for the cost. Overall, the night felt rushed because you only get 4 hours for both your ceremony and the reception- we ended up paying for an additional hour and that only barely got us through the night. Some other venues we looked at included a 5th hour if you had your ceremony on-site and even allowed 30 extra minutes for your ceremony as well. Another issue that sticks out in our minds is the depoist. It has now been about 2 months since our wedding and we were suppose to have our deposit back after 30 days of the wedding. My mother, who paid the deposit, called a few weeks ago to ensure that we would get the deposit back and was told that it was coming. Needless to say, we finally received our depost back but it was past the 30 day deadline.
Overall a beautiful venue, but I would be very cautious to actually recommend it to anyone.
Agustin was wonderful to work with! He was very personable, responsive, and a great value! The food was amazing and our guest still talk about how wonderful their meal was! The quality of service was great and he personally helped us prepare and manage everything until we got in the limo and drove off into the night! We would highly recommend The Chef's Table Caterers and Agustin to everyone!
Rick was wonderful and fun to work with! He had a lot of creative shot ideas and even had us in a fountain splashing water around for our engagement photo session! He took the pictures we wanted and it is wonderful now having them posted online for download and on a CD! We would highly recommend Rick to anyone!
Gail was wonderful to work with! I was an out-of-state bride so my mother actually picked her out! When we finally met, she was open to my ideas and provided her own suggestions, which were gained from many years of experience! When our wedding day finally arrived, she came to drop off all of the flowers and they were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! She got everything right, from the exact color of the flowers I wanted to the beautiful arrangements. I would highly recommend Blooms to anyone looking for beautiful flowers!

I was an out-of-state bride, so I found Diana online and communicated with her mostly through email leading up to the wedding. She was wonderful to work with; replying to my emails and questions in a timely manner and was really flexable when picking out both ceremony and cocktail music. When it actually came time to walk down the aisle, her music was the first thing I heard as I took my first step- and it was beautiful. Afterwards, several of our guest approached us and raved about her and the wonderful quality of music!
