Pen Ryn did a great job with our wedding. We wanted an outdoor ceremony, which would have been gorgeous, but the weather didn't cooperate. They still made it look beautiful inside. We worked with two separate planners from Pen Ryn throughout the process, which made it a little confusing at times because they didn't always communicate our wants/needs to one another; in the end, however, it all came together. They also assigned a private server to my husband and I on our wedding day, which was really nice. They made sure we had water, appetizers, etc. even when we were running around getting our pictures taken. The planners we worked with were both very nice and helped us come up with some creative ideas. It was sometimes difficult to get up with them over the phone due to their hours, but they always did call back within a few days. Overall, I would highly recommend Pen Ryn, as it also came to me highly recommended by several other happy brides!
Devon was amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the moment we met her, we knew we wanted her to be our photographer due to her friendliness and passion for her work. She took wonderful engagement photos several months before the wedding, so we were already comfortable working with her. She was always responsive to emails and phone calls, and on the day of the wedding she was awesome. She and her assistant, Will, were so much fun to work with, and she even went above and beyond by doing small things like fixing my bridesmaid's eyehook on her dress when it was stuck. She made a special night even more special -- it felt like we had hired a friend to be our photographer. I would work with Devon again in a heartbeat.
We loved working with Leslie throughout the process. She helped us come up with some good ideas and helped us clarify our vision for our flowers. The centerpieces were different than we expected them to be, but they were still beautiful and striking. The bouquets and flowers for the men were absolutely gorgeous. We liked that this was a smaller, family run shop and yet they still had the ability to do a full-size wedding without any difficulty.

Tom and Rebecca were wonderful to work with. They were responsive to all of our requests and questions, and they did a great job finding music to fit our needs in the ceremony, cocktail hour, and during the reception. It was so convenient to hire both live musicians and a DJ from the same company. Tom kept the entire reception running smoothly, and he kept us organized when we were too busy running around to think about things like our time frame. I would highly recommend Magical Sight and Sound to anyone!!!
We had a hard time finding invitations that really matched our vision until we went to MyGatsby.com. We had met with people who had shown us invitations from a book, but they weren't quite what we wanted and they were ridiculously expensive. MyGatsby allowed us to personalize every single thing about the invitation, from the font to the wording to the color scheme. My only concern with the site is that they can't mail you a sample of your invitation -- they only mail the standard sample of a specific invitation with color swatches, but it doesn't reflect any changes you have made to it. It felt a little bit like a leap of faith, but in our case it worked out absolutely perfectly and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Fed Ex temporarily lost our package, which caused some chaos, but even in that the people from MyGatsby helped us track it down. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them for future invitations as well.
