I was so pleased with Kathy and her staff. Everything ran so smoothly and above my expectations. I thought the room looked beautiful and food was great, of what I ate. Hey I was a bride, too excited to eat much :). Most of my family said my wedding the best wedding they had been to and loved the food and Mcgoverns. Even when we had some people show up that said they were not, Kathy took care of it. I have to admit at first I found Kathy to be very opinionated and pushy, but its really a good quality. She is a perfectionist that wants her customers to be happy and want thier day to be awsome. I really do not have anything bad to say at all. I recommend them to anyone. The cost is reasonable and seriously we got SOOO much food. Your guests will definately eat well that night and the flamming desert adds to the entertainment of the night.
I was more than 100% satisfied with Valentino photography. They continued to be a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond for us. I really appreciated how sympathetic they were that my now husband is in the military and if we the date changed. Luckily that did not happen but they offered to include that in my contract with them. Valentino photography repeatedly wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and always asked for our input. Out of all my vendors for the wedding, by far Valentino was my favorite and the one I was most pleased with. The thing that sold us to go with Valentino photography, besides the beautiful albums and photos, was how passionate Thom was about photography. He really seems to enjoy what he does which makes a difference in the quality of work.
My album is AMAZING, all my photos are great! It is totally worth the money to go with Valentino photography.
Even though it was from a super market, no one could tell. My flowers and my wedding party flowers were awsome. Especially my maide of honor and my bouquet were amazing. The price was very inexpensive and totally worth going with them. The woman in the florist department and took the time to show me how certain flowers and such would look like. Other florist shops never went out of thier way like that.
I highly recommend going with shaws for your florals!!
Isabella is awsome to work with. She is very honest and knows her stuff. I was really interested in a particular dress and she showed me one that was similar style but a little different. It was beautiful, although it was not in yet she was ordering it for her store. She ended up buying it in my size so I could see it exactly how it should fit me. When it came it, I was in love! It was beautiful and I ended up buying it off the rack and was able to wear it to my first wedding which was only 2 months away. We had two weddings, the first was just a ceremony because my fiance was deploying. When I wanted to get my dressed preserved, Isabella again was able to help me out. Isabella's is awsome and reasonable priced. You definately get quality work from her and is lovely to work with. I highly recommend going to her boutique and working with her.
I was really happy when i first booked to go with Victor. I had seen some of his work and other ventors of mine said he was an aswsome DJ. He told me that he would be the one doing my wedding, but a month before my wedding informed me that someone he works with was also gettting married that day and he double booked himself. He would be only at my wedding for the begining and someone would be taking over. I was so upset, because we wanted HIM and we booked him almost 2 years prior. There was confusion when the other person took over as DJ. I think there was poor communication between Victor and the other DJ. After a while and thanks to my bridal party, the dj finally caught on to the kind of music we wanted and it did get better and my wedding was still a lot of fun. I appreciated his work and he was good once he figured it out. Over all it did go well, but I was very disappointed. If I could have changed anything it would have been talking to the specific dj I ended up having, from the start and not having this 3 way comminication.
I know Victor is a great DJ, so if you do go with him just keep that in mind and try to have contact with specific DJ or make sure its written in your contract who you are having.
