The food that Thomas Caterers provided was WONDERFUL. Our guests still rave about the mashed potatoes we had chosen (Vermont White Cheddar)! There were only two minor incidents that we had to deal with. 1) They completely forgot about our tasting. When we showed up for our tasting, they had forgotten that we were on the calendar and had to reschedule. 2.) We ran out of beer at our reception. It was late, but we did have a few upset guests.
Jamie and Brandy were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are both extremely professional, yet very personable. Jamie is willing to work with you to give your idea of a perfect picture. His photojournalistic style is beautiful in pictures and great for anyone looking for unique and classic photos. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and we received numerious compliments on our photos. I would highly recommend Jamie and Brandy to anyone looking for a fantastic photographer.
Kathy is very high energy person who is very passionate about her work. She was completely willing to give us what we wanted, within our budget. I highly recommend Kathy's Kloset. She also happens to be one of the most reasonably priced in town.
Paige was exceptional to work with. We had a 4 tier cake and Paige was able to give us the exact flavors and fillings we wanted. She also allowed us to sample every combo we wanted. We received numerous compliments on our cake and we were very pleased overall. Great value for the money too!
Nancy's Bridal was one of the worst experiences I had with all my vendors. Every time I went into the store to try on my dress, it took about 10 minutes to even locate my dress. Then, they had a tough time putting me into a fitting room, because they always overbook their appointments. I even had an associate walk in on me in the middle of putting on my dress because she didn't realize I was in there (which was quite embarassing when the entire fitting area can see you half clothed). They tried to convince me that I needed a dress two sizes too large, and when I refused, they told me that my dress would not fit. Well, it did fit - perfectly. I also did not like that you must pay for alterations in cash only, which seems a little unprofessional to me. Overall, I loved my dress, but I would not recommend Nancy's for any type of service whatsoever.
Jason was a wonderful DJ. He was sure only to play the songs that were on our song list we provided and if there was a request for a song he thought we might like, he always checked with us before it was played. He also did a great job with the slideshow.

Leanna did very nice work with my hair and makeup and my bridesmaid's hair and makeup. She also was willing to come over at 5 am just to make sure we were ready in time for my big day.
All the employees at Reis Nichols are extremely professional and polite. After purchasing a custom engagement ring at Preston's Rocks, and realizing they went out of business, I was very scared about the service I would receive. However, Reis Nichols honored the service and I ended up picking out wedding bands there too.
Hiring Lisa and her staff was the best money I spent on our wedding. She truly took care of every single detail and made sure I did not have to worry about a thing. She is extremely professional and has a staff that mirrors a small army. She is very detail oriented and will help select great vendors and problem solve if needed. I would highly recommend Lisa to every bride.
