Where do I begin... (Also, please keep in mind we went to about six different cake tastings and were displeased with all of them.) First lets start with the amazing cake tasting at Mike's house. Mike is the owner and is truly a fabulous, artistic, creative man! The cake was truly truly the best cake I have ever ever tasted. Mike sets up a tasting in his home in his dining room served on China with coffee and tea of course. He welcomes you right into his home, right there shows you the kind of person he is. This was sooooo worth the drive alone!!! We could have purchased a cake through our caterer however I wanted our Wedding cake to be remembered. I didn't really want anything flashy or too detailed but I just wanted it to taste amazing. I am a huge cake fan and when I taste a cake worth eating I immediately know... I have been to soooo many weddings where the cake was just awful and I did not want that for our Wedding. If it wasn't for my fiance having gotten called into work an hour before we left for our tasting, I would have booked and paid for our cake in full that day! But I wanted him to be a part of him, and Mike was kind enough to let us take the extra cake home for him to sample that evening. So he tasted it and we immediately booked him. Mike was responsive to all of my emails, phone calls, and numerous questions without any hassle at all. He was always willing to help me any way possible. We also tossed around the option of renting a chocolate fountain, etc. however we heard horror stories about it at our venue (Swan Harbor Farm). So my fiance suggested that I call Mike to talk about pastry trays for our reception tables. We ordered them and were sooo busy with all of the other last minute details that I told him to just mix them up, we trusted him and knew they would be excellent. Also, this was very close to the wedding and again Mike was more than accomodating as well as extremely patient with me taking a few days to return his phone calls. The cake not only tasted fabulous as it did the day of our tasting but it was perfect, exactly what we asked for and everything. His signature flavor as well as all of his flavors were out of this world and a must for everyone. (Italian Cream Cake with the Swiss Raspberry Marmalade) We also chose about three other flavors and people are still raving about our cake. Without a doubt, I knew it would be wonderful but it truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you Mike for everything, we wish you the best of luck and success with your business. I will use Mike for every cake that I will ever need in the future as well!

We also booked Premier Mobile DJ's through Sterling Caterers as well. Totally trusting Jason Miller's opinion and kind words of them (Sterling Caterers). Honestly they were absolutely one of our best vendors!!! Denny returned my calls several times, Jeff answered all of my questions (months before the wedding) as well as my videographer's quesions. Our wedding was soooo much fun and some of that was because the music was constantly flowing so perfectly! and Paul who was our actual DJ for our reception was fabulous! He came up to my bridal room to talk with me before the ceremony started, and he was patient, kind, accomodating, and truly truly outstanding. I will use Premier Mobile DJ's again as well as refer to them everyone I know! Thank you Premier Mobile DJ's for making our wedding truly spectacular!!!

Rev. Sandy was truly spectacular!!! From the time we met her to the time she married us- she was truly wonderful. We were quite upset that we did not get to get married in our Catholic Church (long story with times with our venue) but Rev. Sandy made our wedding so wonderful that honestly we didn't even think about it again. Thank you Sandy for all of your hard work and dedication, we will never forget you! We will refer you to everyone we know and please feel free to use us as a referral.
