We were impressed with their website during the planning stage. They ask for a timeline, and they have an extensive collection of music to choose from. It seems we wasted a lot of time working on these things as the time line was not even close to what they chose to do, and we only heard about 8 of the actual songs that we had picked out. The rest were what they wanted to play. The quality of the sound was horrible and blamed on the building acoustics, but yet every other event that we have attended there with other DJ services were fine. The DJ did not care about customer service. After the event our complaints did not even get a response. I guess they figured they had their money and they did not owe us an apology. Would NOT recommend this company. You would be better off with a Mr. Microphone and a boom box!
