The Brown Palace made this Wedding a dream come true. It is a magnificant building that provide an amazing backdrop for pictures. We used the Brown Palace Florist for all the wedding flowers and they were the most beautiful flowers ever. We used the Onyx Room for the Cocktail Hour and Reception and every guest commented on how lovely the room was. The linens were perfect, and the wait staff servers were so professional. The Captain, bartender, cordial attendant, were on top of their game. All the other vendors I used (DJ, Photographer, Videographer) had worked the Brown Palace before and that certainly attributed to the smoothness. The wedding coordinator from the Brown Palace listened to every wish and delivered exactly what was promised. A magnificant place that I would not hesitate to recommend.
I am very pleased we selected Everett Stout of Creative Focus. From the first meeting to the end of the reception, Everett was the total professional. The Engagement Session phots were great, the day of the wedding list photos were all taken, and he was not a bother at all to the guests. We can't wait to see the wedding day photos, Everett took so many.
Eric Hovey of Progressive Sounds was the first vendor I chose, and that was after many other interviews. What stood out to me was Eric's calm demenor and professionalism. Eric was slightly higher priced than some of the other local DJ's, but its the extra attention to detail that won me over. Eric met with us 4 times in person (2 of the times were at the Brown Palace so Eric could see the rooms), Eric was the Master of Ceremonies and he took that role very seriously, and Eric had an optional inclusion called the Love Story. The purpose of the Love Story is that the bride and groom, each individually, provide Eric with a very descriptive narrative from when they first met each other to the day of the wedding. Eric combines that text, has the bride and groom sit in director chairs, and read this story to the guests. It took about 20 minutes and was so weel received. Eric played only the appropriate and chosen music that we asked for. He is the total package.

I just can't imagine the Ceremony without Deb Corisis and her String Trio. Between the Prelude, Processionals, Mass Music, and Recessionals, they played a total of 18 different pieces. Each piece was like listening to a full orchestra, they are that good. Every single guest commented on how great they were. I would most definetly recommend these talented musicians.
Chris and Kate of C&K Video are exactly the kind of Videographers that you want at an event of this type. They attended the Ceremony Rehearsal (I was not expecting that) to get an idea of the best placement of the cameras so. This allowed them to come to the Church for the actual Ceremony so weel planned. They both did individual interviews with all family and friends during the reception. Both Chris and Kate never bothered anyone and yet were always there with their cameras at every significant point of the night. I received so many positive comments about them for guests that I know they were the right choice. I can't wait to see the finished videos.
